Custom orders at Cakin’ It! go far beyond cakes — we also create beautifully coordinated cupcakes, sugar cookies, cake pops, dessert boxes, and party platters to match any theme or celebration. Whether you’re planning a birthday, baby shower, wedding, or corporate event, we’ll craft a sweet lineup that’s as stunning as it is delicious.
How It Works
Everything you need to know before placing your custom order.
Delivery & Pickup
Pickup is available at least one day prior to your event. Delivery is also available — wedding cakes have a minimum delivery fee of $100. Setup and placement is included. Some cakes must be assembled at your venue; a 2–3 hour window is required. Cost of delivery varies based on location.
Retainer & Balance
A minimum 50% retainer is required upon confirmation and is non-refundable. The balance must be paid no later than 5 days prior to your delivery date.
Wedding Cakes Only
Tasting Box
Tasting boxes are paid up front, but the cost is deducted from your cake if you confirm your order. Only one box is included — additional boxes can be purchased up to 3 months before your wedding.
Consultations
Consultations last 45 minutes to 1 hour and must be booked in advance. Walk-in consultations are not accepted. Please arrive on time to enjoy your tasting before we discuss your cake.

All cakes are a minimum of 5" tall. Servings are based on this height and how the cake is cut. Inquire for larger sizes. 4" cakes are for tiered builds only. Design costs are not included — final price varies based on flavors and design.
